Bio

Barto is a South African Afrikaans singer who made his name with the songs 'Impulsief', 'H2Oë' and 'Vlam in die Wind', and packed out a Pietersburg Laerskool show in Polokwane in November 2025. He appears on the live recording of the 2023 Krone by Loftus finale alongside Kurt Darren, Snotkop and Bernice West. He reunited with West for 'Dank Die Here Vir Jou', a June 2026 duet released through Select Musiek, a division of Sony Music Entertainment Africa, which charted on South African platforms and features on his five-track EP Nuwe Spore, the follow-up to 2023's OASE.
