Bio

Caiiro, born Patrick Dumisani Mahlangu in the KwaNdebele region of Mpumalanga, is one of South Africa's leading Afro house and Afro tech producers. He broke through with his 2016 debut album First Impressions and has since built an international touring career, with dates spanning New York, Amsterdam, Luxembourg and Greece. His collaboration with AWEN, "Your Voice", became a global hit after Adam Port's remix passed 53 million Spotify plays, and his catalogue spans six studio albums, including Pyramids (2022) and the self-titled Caiiro (2024). He now draws more than 870,000 monthly Spotify listeners.
