Bio

Issa Sisdoh is the stage name of Doreen Segolame Rabokhokho, a vocalist from Kanye in southern Botswana. Singing from the age of twelve, she waits until 2022 for her first studio session, recording with producer Biq J Musiq, and settles into the percussive end of the dance spectrum: Afro house, Afro tech and the slower, swung 3-step. Her delivery is chant-like, carrying spiritual weight over club-length arrangements.

'Vuma Dlozi Lami', with Ancestral Rituals, is the breakthrough — a track that finds its audience in South Africa before her home market catches up, and appears in mixed form on Apple Music's Afro House Nation 2024 compilation released in January 2025. Collaborations with Heavy K and FME DJs follow through 2025, positioning her within the 3-step wave now moving between Johannesburg, Gaborone and the wider region.
