Scotts Maphuma, born Mpho Lebajoa, is an amapiano vocalist from Daveyton, the East Rand township that also produced Young Stunna. He works the hook-first, chant-driven end of the genre, and his name rose with 'Yebo Lapho' and 'Wishi Wishi', singalong records that put his voice in heavy rotation.
In 2024 he was one of the featured vocalists on 'Biri Marung' alongside DJ Maphorisa and Focalistic; the track reached number one in South Africa and was certified platinum with more than 40,000 units sold. In May 2025, videos of him declining fan photographs drew backlash; he apologised publicly, attributing the incidents to being introverted, and senior figures including Oskido, Makhadzi and Black Coffee publicly backed him.
