Who owns and publishes Viranova

Viranova is owned and published by Viranova (Pty) Ltd, a South African company registered under Registration No. 2026/382065/07.

Viranova was founded and is led by Noko Mohoto. Koketso Sebake is a Technical Partner and minority shareholder of Viranova (Pty) Ltd.

Editorial independence

Viranova's editorial coverage is produced independently. Decisions about what we cover, how we cover it, and what we publish are made by the editorial team under our Editorial Standards — not by advertisers, sponsors, or partners.

Commercial and sponsored content

Editorial coverage is kept separate from sponsored, advertising and partnership work. Sponsored or partner content is labelled clearly at article level and governed by our Sponsored Content Policy. Buying advertising or a partnership does not buy influence over independent editorial coverage.
